559-Acre Ranch, Great Bug-Out Location

This ranch is located in NE New Mexico a few miles off of I-25. It has both city water and a well, and there is a year-round spring on the property. It is part of the estate that my father left, and we are looking to sell it. My brother lives there and would be glad to remain as a full-time caretaker if desired. It could easily be upgraded to be completely off-grid, as it gets over 350 days of sun per year. If you are looking for a bug-out place in case of disaster, this ranch would be hard to beat.
