15 Adjoining Lots Total 16.2 Acres By 1900+ Acres of BLM Land! Beautiful View of Ruby Mountains & Elko!

This group of 15 adjoining lots totaling over 16 acres is located in a scenic subdivision only about four miles southwest of the town of Elko, Nevada. It is uniquely located up in the Elko Hills and offers fabulous views of the Ruby Mountains as well as the town of Elko! I've had a chance to visit the property twice now, the last time in March, 2010, and my notes say "Awesome, Awesome, Awesome"! Elko has experienced quite a bit of growth on the west side of town and you can actually see the town and this growth in the distance to the northeast in the valley below.
From that point I took the bladed road that led to the east side of the block. There were quite a few stakes as seen in the photos below. I took some of the photos from 11th Street & Yosemite Ave and the rest were taken a bit further west down 11th street. We are willing to break this group of lots apart into groups that would be easy to access with the road the way it currently is. The northern part of the subdivision is flatter gentle rolling hills and then to the south it actually climbs into the treed hills which is where this property sits.
There are such pretty views of the snowcapped Ruby Mountains and all sorts of cool treed hills surrounded by more hills and mountains! This property offer pretty views of farms and town sprinkled across the valley to the northeast. I took Boullion Road out of Elko for about four miles and then it turns into the Hamilton Buillion Trail which leads up through the Canyon in these hills. There was a split and I took another trail that leads leads right through the property as seen in the maps and photos! So very easy to find and only a few miles from town! Enjoy!
