Growing Rio Rancho Estates Near Albuquerque and Santa Fe; Adjoining 1/2 Acre Parcel Also for Sale!

Rio Rancho is a suburb of Albuquerque New Mexico and sits about 15 miles to the northwest as the crow flies. It is the fastest growing city in New Mexico. This 1/2 acre parcel is located in Unit 6 of Rio Rancho Estates on 36th Street NW, four blocks to the east off of Encino Blvd, a main road through this part of the subdivision. This is a pretty set of lots in that it offers views of the Jemez Mountains to the north and the Sandia Mountains from the northeast to the southeast. They are very beautiful when they are snowcapped and there was still a bit of snow when we visited! There are cool hills to the south. You can see the city to the southeast in the far distance! It is a very pretty view acros the big valley to the Sandias and I thought it was a quiet setting.
It is a pretty area with cows roaming around. There is power about 1/2 to 1 mile away to the west! You would need to contact the local power company to find out just how close it runs. The property is a bit of a gentle rolling hill on the west side and then rolls to the southeast with a gentle roll. There are some flatter parts to it. This area has scattered trees, taller grass, native plants, scattered pretty springtime flowers, and a few prickly pear cactus - a very pretty native setting!
You can see the subdivisions in the distance to the southeast! We have been seeing quite a few of our Rio Rancho lots being sold these past few months. The price is down on them from the boom a few years back and several people are now investing in this city!
